From this i think i will need to look into Sky Arts the channel more, look at what programmes they are showing, the topics being discussed, types of programmes i.e. documentaries etc, who are they aimed at?, what is the demographic?. Hopefully all of this will give me a better understanding of the channel, their branding and who i should be targeting with this sting to make successful.
Other key factors to note is:
''We are asking you to make a 20 second video with the ARTS logo revealing no later than 17 seconds in.''- Need to keep this mind when working out the design of my animation piece
''Your submission must include a soundtrack. We encourage you to use the music available on the Sky Art Stings website which has been selected especially for this project. If you use your own music, the entrant must compose it. No commercial music should be used. If you do include commercial tracks or samples of tracks, your submission will not be eligible.''- Need to download the music when it becomes available.
